stretching increases blood flow and warms up the muscles, tendons and ligaments to prevent wound before starting rigorous exercise, It can also aid to loosen joints to stop them clicking as, when you exercise, your bones, joint and muscles move in ways which you don't as a rule move them in everday use..
you should thaw up for about 5 -10 mins back exercising and then you want to warm down afterwards to tolerate the muscles and joints relax hindmost to their normal position
most prejudice is done when people don't thaw out up and warm down properly
Well...strecthing is really biddable 4 flexibility...n it also helps u 2 thaw up n loosen ur muscles so that u won't hurt anything...i'm not very sure give or take a few skeletal system though...but it's definitely recommended that u strech b4 doing any kind of exercise...
