Surgery planned for Wednesday, I feel I own a sinus infection...what to do?

I thought that I've just be grinding my teeth with adjectives my nervousness something like my upcoming surgery, but today I woke up and haven't been competent to chew...my upper jaw is so sore! I've have applesauce and potato soup. Even swishing with marine hurts! The last cold meds= 5/16...sore teeth for 4 days. I am getting over a mild cold (work at a daycare so I'm other sick)...but this cold was no big concordat, I never even ran a restlessness. That is, until just presently. I took a nap (very unusual for me) and when I woke up I be sweating. Our house temp is set at 72 degrees, so I took my temp. I'm at 100.3. SO.I enjoy been planning this gallbladder removal for 6 months! Everything is down to the rope now and I'm worried I may have a sinus infection. What should I do? Do I plead guilty that I need antibiotics or do I keep hold of quiet? I am going for labwork tomorrow morning CBC will show elevated white cell count? Will they overthrow surgery if I tell someone, or would it be better to transmit? Thanks for your opinio

Answer:
They are going to take your warmth. If you have one they are going to annul or postpone the surgery anyways. You may as well ask for antibiotics. They may not repeal the surgery as you would have be on preventative antibiotics anyways.
call the doctor bureau Monday and tell them
You must let somebody know them tomorrow as soon as possible, they will probably re-schedule your op.
No, don't try and hide the reality that you may have an infection. They're going to nick your temperature anyway right previously the surgery to verify that you don't have a frenzy. It's very death-defying to undergo any surgery next to an infection. It could lead to sepsis and possibly passing.
Take allot of vit-c and Tylenol if it does not clear up in a morning or so cancel and carry on antibiotics
Definetly tell your doctor that can close-fisted serious problems if you dont tell him/her!
Yes, the CBC will show an elevated white count if you're running a disorientation. I shouldn't be telling you this, but start taking tylenol immediately every 4-6 hours around the clock. It may help use up the white count by morning enough to where on earth they won't postpone the surgery. See your primary doctor tomorrow and get started on an antibiotic ASAP. Start taking some benadryl, some claritin or something that is to say an antihistamine. Being on the antibiotic before surgery will cut your risk of a flaming infection because of the surgery.
