Question in the region of smoking??

I smoke ciggerets but I never inhale I always exhale it out...when I do inhale it tend to hurt what can I do so that when I do inhale it dosnt hurt?? please don't say I shouldn't smoke motivation I already know that but either channel I am going to...thanks!!
