Answer:
Cold sores appear on the orifice and in the outer corners of the mouth.

If you enjoy bumps or sores on the inside or your mouth and on your tongue they are probably either canker sores, mouth ulcer, or inflamed taste buds.

Good luck!
um it could be an mouth baterial infection....
any cold sore on the mouth or mouth is a form of herpes and if you give oral sex while have these sores you can transmit it to the genital area. herpes can be detected during the time of the outbreak. sometimes you will catch a neg. result because it has progressed contained by it's cycle. keep a log of when you enjoy sores or feel flu close to symtoms, as these are the first signs to herpes. always remember you can transmit herpes even if you are not have an outbreak so always be locked!! wear protection every time! and the best way not to capture herpes is not to have sex at adjectives.
If you are getting a cold sore then yes you own herpes... Did your doctor do a blood test or merely inspect your mouth. Sometimes it takes your body longer to produce antibodies. I haven't really hear of anyone getting bumps on there tongue, however if it is the initial outbreak, than it is possible, Do you get the impression sick? Like you have the flu, these are adjectives symptoms of having herpes. Maybe you should progress see another Dr.
Good luck..
