How do you remove fiberglass particle from your skin/body????

Iv'e been around concrete dust lately from sawing on the concrete highway and I belive that there be fiberglass mixed into the concrete, And now I a moment ago itch all over. How do I remove the fiberglass particle from my skin/body??

Answer:
I don't think YOU can bring back it out, your body has to push it out, and I'm unfolding you, thats a LONG process.
same as the guy before me, you enjoy to wait till it comes out. I used to work near fiberglass and it often get caught in my skin. Though its a bind, there's not much you can do about it.
