I have scarlet fever when I be 5 yrs. old, it, for the most, it usually merely affects small children and is highly contagious to them , but can be transmitted to them from an mature that is surrounded by direct contact with someone who have it, so stay away from other children until your child is completely cured.An adult doesn't get hold of it because their immune system is so much stronger than a child's. It usually only attacks children between the ages of 1 to 10 yrs. of age.The simply way it can affect an grown is if they are elderly and have a in poor health immune system and/or liver and/or kidney problems.
My daughter had really desperate strep throat that caused a over-hasty all over her body...that's roughly scarlet fever (from what I've read). It's freshly like strep--which can be impressively dangerous if not here untreated. I didn't get it from my daughter.
