Answers: People are born similar to that. When my brother was 3 years weak he had curly mane,but now he doesn't. Also mostly individuals who live in hot climates enjoy curly hair to maintain them cool and most people who live contained by colder climates have straight tresses to keep them reheat. This is an example of evolution.
