My dog is itching similar to crazy. she doesn't own fleas and I've even given her benadrhyl but nought help.

Answers:    My beagle went through impossible to tell apart thing for a couple years. My vet told me to use a mild shampoo. If that didn't work to use an antibacterial shampoo. He told me it be allergies. Just as humans do, dogs have pretty similar allergies, and quite similar fixes to their problems. All I did be give her a hip bath with the mildest shampoo I have in the house, individual once. I didn't want to make things worse by bathing too much. I did verbs to give her benedryl. My subsequent step was to try a lotion of some sort, but after the heat up bath and the benedryl for a few days she made an expansion. My dog did that for two or three winter seasons, consequently has not have that problem since I switched her to all inborn dog food from the health food store. That be the only leading change I did and she have not had any problems since. I enjoy been feed her California Natutal and Wellness brands of dog food. The overall health of my dog skyrocketed after that and continues 2 years then today. Just a thought.
My dog suffers from the same problem, but her problem is seasonal allergies. Her skin get really red and she gets really itchy. The one and only thing we be told to do was to grant her benadrhyl. Some vets also give an account you to give them fish grease which helps to moisturize their skin. Hope that help.
