Another doctor recently suggested surgery to treat the problem on the double rather than continuously dispense antibiotics. how do they decide which means of access to go?

It's obviously a personal ruling, but I'm thinking that if the antibiotics haven't helped till very soon, it's time to try something else.
I have never hear of this. It sounds like they should see another doctor at another institution. I assume I'd go next to hospitalization and IV antibiotics before surgery!

Maybe he isnt reacting to Oral Antibiotics..perchance he needs parenteral antibiotics...a short time ago ask your doctor...
Im not sure about surgery but i know that Cranberry liquid is good for urinary tract infection.
Operate. If antibiotics be going to clear it up, it would have be gone by now. There is probably defacement tissue in his UT very soon which is complicating the problem.
