Most probably hemorrhoids or a fissure (a split within the anal opening) any blood from inside the colon would look like little bits of licorice if you would make out them. You would need a lower GI for any problems here.
I would still see a doctor and permit him give to a diagnosis to be sure. In the meantime use preparation H and perp H suppositories.

The most feasible answer is hemorrhoids. However, this is not something to play around with! It is oribably something simple, but you want to make sure. Rectal/colon cancer is treatable next to a high right of nouns IF AND ONLY IF IT IS CAUGHT AND TREATED IN A TIMELY MANNER!!

There are several conditions that would explanation this. 1) bleeding hemorrhoids (internal or external), 2) lower gastrointestinal tract (ie. colon or rectum) bleeding, and probably a few other gastrointestinal inflammatory disease which cause ulcers/bleeding of the intestinal bin liner.
If you were bleeding from your stomach or small intestines, the blood is digested by after and your stools would look tarry & black.

It could just be hemorrhoids, but it could be something more serious. You should cooperate to your doctor and possibly have a colonoscopy if he or she recommend it.
if its bright red then its a hemoroid or slash on the outer side of your anus, mostg likely you tore it somehow. if it be inside your body the blood would be black or not so red. Mostlikely nothing to verbs about, but its other best to consult your dr.
I don't think its THAT serious. It probably hemorrhoids or, its you ate greatly of carbohydrates lately it can cause you poo to me knotty and may cause a cut surrounded by your a.s.s.h.o.l.e. So dose it also hurt when you go to the bathroom? And do you also see blood surrounded by the toilet? Just try eating better foods resembling fruits and vegetables, and grain foods that should support alot for the poo to be softer, so if there is a cut surrounded by you bum it can heal itself. Or if your worrying that its hemorrhoids i assume there's a cream you can buy for that. But other wise if your still worried and it still occur I suggest you go to the doctor and own them check you out. That would be the best thing to do.
