Anyone else enjoy problems beside doctors surrounded by Florida?
Answer:
Huh, its interesting you write that. First, consent to me highly suggest you receive blood tested for Celiac Disease, your symptoms seem to fit the bill. See the links i post for more info! And consistency free to email me for more info.
Now on to your question. I'll detail you my story. I live in Louisiana, where on earth, well, honestly, the medical community isnt the best to say-so the least. A LOT of uninsured ancestors tie up the system and cause doctors to lift prices.
Anyway, I digress. When we evacuated for Hurricane Katrina I was 37 weeks pregnant near my first child. We left the daytime before it hit and eventually concluded up in Daytona Beach where on earth my husbands grandmother lives. (We knew we werent going home for awhile.) We stayed near her for 3 days. During that time I called around ALL sorts of OB's and docs to see if I could procure an exam bc I had missed my checkup due to the storm and, human being 37 weeks with adjectives the stress and all I looked-for to be sure I was past the worst to travel on. (We were heading to Jackson, MS to stay next to friends.) Well NO ONE would see me!! Mind you, I HAD good insurance! I have a primary doc, of course I have no records next to me and my doc was MIA for awhile, but I have been unloading all the prenatal assistance I could the entire time. All i wanted to know be if I was past the worst to travel by car adjectives the wayt o Jackson, MS! NOT ONE DOC would see me!! I even went toa saunter in clinic and they wouldnt see me! Even when I explained the situation and why we be tehre and how bad it be at home, NOPE! I was disgusted. We made the trip anyway bc I feel ok, (I had be 1 centimeter dilated when we left LA and still feel ok.) We made it to Jackson and stayed there a week. During that week I go to a hospital there and they be SOOOOOO awesome! Their doc saw me, they toured the hospital with me, and they even agree to me preregister in suitcase we were still nearby when I delievred (I was after almost 39 weeks pregnant.) They were amazing!
I did finishing up being competent to get backbone home to my OB and hospital and my son ended up one 6 days late but it adjectives worked out alright. But I was so disgusted at how the FL doc's treated me! I suggest how could they refuse to treat a hurricane evacuee who be nearly 38 weeks pregnant??!! Who had basically driven 15 hours in a sports car!? In FLORIDA Of all places, where on earth you'd think they would be sympathetic to hurricane victims!!?
So I really do not own a good experience beside FL docs, I dont know if it's just the environment, not adequate funds, not enough training, or what not. And honestly, how to achieve them to do their jobs, huh I dont know!
But I would push the Celiac Disease examination bc if that is what you own then adjectives you needt o do is follow the gluten free diet! No meds, no surgeries! Just the diet!!
Best of luck, Amy
I don't live in Florida. SO I can't assist you.
I'm a native Floridian and own lived here my whole go. I have have some excellent doctors, but I've also experienced what you describe.
I don't really have any proposal on how to deal near them, other than to complain directly to them. If going to another doctor is an pick, I would say shop around. I'd also consent to your current doctor(s) know why you're leaving.
Good luck!
