Sex addict can't control themselves - they'll masturbate until they are raw, hold sex with relations they don't like, whip unnecessary health risks, offer up other normal goings-on (like working) to have more sex, and so on. If your behavior doesn't fit this profile, you're not a sex user.

Sex addiction is very similar to drug addiction, alcohol addiction, etc... the addiction to sex is to concordat with an altered veracity because one's personal reality is any too much or unsatisfying.. Sex addicts tend to use sex as an escape and gradiose test to satisfy something they perceive is short in their lives. So, it isn't the amount of times you are have sex, but why you are having sex.
If you are probing whether you are or not, I'd say you enjoy an addiction issue. If you obsess something like it, that is a sign of addiction. Perhaps a support group may give support to you come to terms near how you are wired. If you do not find pleasure in other ways besides sex, or put yourself surrounded by dangerous situations to draw from sex, then it's time to desire help.
