I transport 1,000 mgs. of Niacin or Nicotinic Acid within place of Lipitor. Please comment on PROS and CONS on this.?

I used to take Lipitor and be on it for 3 years. Stopped on May 2006. Then Started taking Niacine 1,000 mgs. a day. 700 mgs. right after breakfast afterwards 300 mgs for my last dinnertime at 5:00 p.m.

Been on Niacin for the last 11 months in a minute. I noticed that I steadily lost solidity (no knowledge here if nearby is any connection near Niacin).

Am I doing it right with the dosage? Too large? Too low?

I heard that it could be detrimental to the liver or the kidneys?

Answers:    You're doing simply fine, stick with your current program. And yes, you can lose solidity with Vitamin B3 because it help burning carbs much easier.
