garlic, ginger, honey, lemon mixture can lower the Cholestrol level. Anyhow at yours age only exercise can lower it. Spare one hour a daytime for a good walk/jogging, and inside 15 days all will be OK. Walking reduce LDL and raises HDL.
WHY would you want to lower it??

Not sure about garlic, but I KNOW a teaspoon of cinnamon per light of day does. It knocked mine down by 25%. Do a google on cinnamon and cholesterol, and you'll attain the data and the study's. Good luck!
