I used to have fruitless asthma ... I took a series of cleanses starting with the bowels . the intestinal cleanses ... and I lost a bunch of weightiness and am hardly ever bothered next to asthma anymore - on real humid days I cough and spit a bit - but ... I am not running a 500 meter see breathing through a coffee straw anymore.
