Anyone else allergic to red dyes? What foods hold red dyes contained by them? Please aid!?

Hey! I was wondering if anyone else is notably allergic to red dye. I have be sent to the hospital with severe allergic reaction to red dye. It is horrible. My lips swell up and my throat closes. The other year my eye started swelling up to medicine. Does anyone know a document or know a place where I can find one of things that own red dye in them? If anyone else know things I can do to help me consent to me know and I would really appreciate it. Red dye is so hard to be allergic to because so heaps things have it within it and Im scared I will wrap up up eating something and not realize that it has red dye surrounded by it! Thanks everyone!

Try searching for the Fiengold diet on the network. It was developed to create a record of foods free of dyes and as many chemicals as possible. They even detail the food brand and products that don't use red dye and other artifical ingredients. Seach in ADD( attention disorder) remedies. Good luck, hope it works for you.
