Any tips on reducing your blood pressure?
Answer:
I don't think that dignified blood pressure has anything to do beside your weight. I hold had it for apx. 7 years and I am not overweight. I be very helpful when I developed it and when the doctor first said "your blood pressure is high" she also said "it is probably high because you are anxious today" and guess what it be high the subsequent time I visited her.
I own a friend who is stick thin who have had it since she be in her 20s. It probably have more to do with inheritance.
I was taking a medication that lowered it sometimes but since I own changed my medication, it has be consistently normal. I get hold of it checked every three months.
I think that the most major thing to do is to bring back it under control even if you own to take medication. By not doing anything give or take a few it, you are damaging your organs. That is why they ring it the "silent killer". Your doctor might tell you duplicate thing.
