How to read an MRI of my ankle?

I got the pics from my MRI scan of my ankle and would approaching to know what to look for so that when i do go to my doc i'm not surprised. how do i see a strain,sprain,ligament,ligament, or god forbid a tear contained by any of the above

MRI is especially hard to read. It take some one five years to be an MD and another 5 years to take up radiology specialty to competently read an MRI. Fret not, time will come and you will know.
That is not something which can be explained or qualified here. People go to university to learn that sort of article. That's why you have a DOCTOR.
