A little lower next the cartilage?

i was thinking something like getting my ear pierced a little lower consequently the cartilage and then i hear it can get infected smoothly should i get it..does it hurt?

Answers: doesn't hurt more than a regular piercing. Just trade name sure you keep it verbs and don't change earrings until you are supposed to.
