A being turning colourless and green because of excersise?

In gym today,my friend turned pale and green. She is humane of over weight..but she isn't that over cargo.Anyways ,why would she turn pale and green ?She told me that she feel like barfing. She is my correct friend.I am asking if theres anything that she can do to make sure that that doesnt arise again. She looked in like mad of pain when this happen today.
Please help me.Please don't trademark jokes in the region of this.


Answers:    Possible nausea due to dehydration.
Make sure she drinks enough wet.
She might want to get checked...could possibly hold something to do with not plenty oxygen. She should talk to her parents nearly this.glad to know she has such a devout friend to be so worried about her.
