4 1/2 okay for erected penis?

My son is 13 years old and told me that when his penis is erected it is 4 1/2 inches and ask me if it is okay and if it will hold on to growing. So can you tell me if it is okay or not.

so 4 + 2 = 6 or 4+3 = 7 not a bad length .

4 1/2 inches would be on the small side for a fully grown adult man, but there's nought *wrong* with that. It may be larger when he finishes puberty.
