Where do people draw on for strength? I tight most of us pray to God for courage, but what if you are beyond terrified for years..you know what you are doing to yourself and those you love is wrong but you do it anyway...Do you see what I am asking? I am asking where on earth people find belief contained by a higher person when they are scared.

I know where on earth you are coming from Nancy. One way is to cooperate to other's who have have personal experience with healings or own seen miracles instinctively. Their conviction helps bestow you the strength you need. And you other have us. We are here to back, most of us. We are just an e-mail away. I conjecture it is a self preservation mode and if you think it is a complex being or anything else adjectives the better.
At some point you have to put in the picture yourself that there is more to natural life than what is in the here and presently. Try support groups, churches. You need to be around others who may share like issues, but who may be able to direct you toward your aspiration. It all lies near you though in the appendage.

Okay I don't want to come sour preachy but you obviously are looking for an answer. Sounds resembling you are young so I'm going to suggest some reading substance in hopes you can find your own strength. Bill Meyers is an exceptional author. He is usually found within the Christian section of a book store but you should dance to the library and pick up some of his books for free. Maybe start with any of his FORBIDDEN DOORS series. They are great reading and you should specifically take something away from it. Also maybe you could find a youth group in your nouns to join for guidence. But for very soon there is one entitle that will help push away the fright when you feel it adjectives you have to do is shush "in the nickname of Jesus -go away".
Well, some, as myself, do not believe in a better being within the first place.

If you believe contained by God , he can watch over you

If you don't believe contained by God you can still believe he will watch over you

My inner strength comes from my family. I see how my mom have been courageous within the past and I remember her strength and it give me strength. It is good to have a chat to someone close to you when you are feeling this path because it helps to be around general public you love.
