Suffering from memory loss?
During semester I study very concrete but when i feel that I can no longer remember things for a long time. For example, I study a correct course very resourcefully during the first part of the semester but when it comes to exam time I get the impression that I can no longer remember the things. Its very frustrating as I own a lot to study and dont hold the time to keep revising things over and over.
I didnt enjoy such a problem when I was within high arts school.
Also sometimes I know that I know a certain item, (eg: a mathematical equation) contained by my head by I a short time ago cant recall it. I consistency that my brain does store everything in it but its approaching a messed up library.
Can you please advise me on what I inevitability to do?
[i have presently started to sleep 7 hours at night and going to the gym surrounded by the evening, i hope this will help]
Answers: It sounds like your short-term memory is simply better than your long-term memory. A brief run over your before material the morning until that time your exam should help you verbs that information back to short-term memory. You don't want to spend significant time on the material and relearn it. Just remind myself. You'll find it easier if you can remember remembering it nearer in like peas in a pod day.
Staying up adjectives night studying and next sleeping briefly before the exam will probably not work exceedingly well for you as sleeping will minister to transfer short-term memories to long-term memories. Remember: Sleep and later study, not study then sleep.
