Well, a nutritionist definately comes to mind. Probably a lot of working beside athletes and things of that nature. Not a desperate gig really, depending on what you're into.
You could also potentially take a job within research for dietary suppliment companies and things of that nature. I would picture the FDA would probably have a few race with that sort of scope for testing purposes.
I'm sure in attendance are agricultural areas too, with adjectives of the genetic engineering of food going on, again probably mostly research.
