Next to impossible unless you're doing strictly lower body workouts and even then the discomfort can be fairly distracting. Good luck with that. Recommend lots of swimming.
Rest that f*cker. You want to brand name sure it heals right.

In lingo of cardio, I'd say budge to gym and use a stationary bike or use a trainer if you have one at home.

You're going to lose some fitness, but you newly have to adopt that and heal up.
I am right within with you! I broke my collarbone this historic Sunday and am already dying to get rear into the swing of things. It hurts like hell but I am so forlorn to think almost how much I am going to lose. I can't even hold my 10 month old kid, how I am I going to swim?
