How to keep hold of brain muscles surrounded by shape by doing simple things?
Answer:
If you regularly travel to a place (like to work, school etc) try taking a different route, a bit than sticking to the same catwalk. The different scenery and different interlinking path you take are replicated surrounded by the neural network of your brain - modern experiences build new neural connections.
The varying connections between neurons explain how we learn and develop our skills. Building new connections through unmarked experience is good for keeping your brain networks supple and changeable.
Another really good exercise is to shift on holiday for a month where general public drive on the opposite side of the road.
(good sound out, btw)
Try lifting dumbells on your head.
Love the sound out. This is stuff I have be studing myself since I am about to hit 40. Below is a website I love. I also recommend Brain Age. It have won awards for the science behind it.

A Brain Exercise You Can Do Right Now
This is an exercise that can strengthen neural connections and even create alien ones.
Switch the hand you are using to control the computer mouse. Use the appendage you normally do NOT use.
What do you observe?
Is it harder to be precise and accurate with your motions?
Do you touch like you did when you be first learning to tie your shoelaces?
If you are idea uncomfortable and awkward don’t verbs, your brain is learning a different skill.
Try other neural building and strengthening exercises with everyday movements. Use your converse hand to brush your teeth, dial the phone or operate the TV remote.
FYI in attendance are no muscles in your brain. It is made up of fatty tissue. Just hold your mind active beside puzzles, games, and reading. Vegging out and watching TV does nothing to preserve your brain sharp!
actually, believe it or not, Nintendo DS have a game specifically meant to increase brain age and function and also increase brain age.
