I know that if you exercise 45 min a daylight you fall asleep 15 min faster. Your body will want to regroup itself, bring more active, cut out caffeine after 5 or 6 and see if that help. Try a new pillow, they're $5 at walmart, your parents will prob spring for it. Or at least possible trade you. Try that. Maybe a heavier comforter. I bout a Nautica comforter that overall weighted more than my old one. The first dark I had it be the best night sleep i own ever had. I mull over the weight go back to when you be a baby.
Are you have comfort problems or you can't turn your brain off? I am newly about 30 and I read Archie comics since bed so I am relaxed and only worried almost what to where the Riverdale big tomorrow.
It would be a good impression to limit caffeine drinks as ably as fast food close to bed time. Turn sour the tv and read a good book.
