If u murder some1 by not letting them grasp any sleep for several days, can u be charged next to murder?
Answer:
sorry Heather but the US Army does this on a regular bases,, its call training,, i was up for 9 straight days,,, slept for 3 after... but its adjectives in the "intent",,, do you intend to kill in cold blood someone . or are you just an idiot
resourcefully thats kinda what jig saw does in the movies SAW. He finds ways for his subjects to any kill themselves, or die underneath curcumstances of nobodys fault.
why? are you going to eliminate somebody, and if they didn't sleep, and you didn't actually do anything than no, but if you be setting out to kill them than it's call pre-meditated murder, where you planned to decimate them
Gotta be one of the most #@%&* retarded questions I own ever read.
Well if you are planning on killing someone similar to that then it would be considered murder.
YES. You will be charged near first-degree murder because you prevented a person from getting something to be exact a neccessity. The very stroke of "forcing" someone into a position of preventing sleep can kill them. If they do die,you will travel to jail.
However, if the situation is that the character wants to try and see how long he/she can shift without sleep, that personage is fully accountable for their arrangements.
It seems that you are going for a revenge. You can solitary do that by means or witchcraft. Nobody can prove any witchcraft. If you hold been successful beside that it is karma that will get subsidise at you.
You could be charged with murder if keeping someone awake for tons days actually kill them. If it didn't, and it caused them other injury or mar you could still be charged with assault. You can't do anything to anyone next to the intent of harming them...
Warrior Mama - I agree, but my point is that staying awake doesn't certainly kill society. My DH was surrounded by the Army (scout sniper) so I'm quite aware of their practices :-) If staying awake in reality killed society, then the Army (or anyone else) would be liable if they be responsible for someone's death.
