Can someone describe what a medical nouns is close to?

im applying for canadian permanent residence (im merely 13, my parents take assistance of the stuff), but my dad said i need to do a medical nouns for this.. i think some relatives call it medical check-up?

can someone explain to me what its similar to to do the medical examination? how long it take? what they do to you, nothing alarming right? or why they need me to do this? doesn`t matter what u know would be useful.

(i of late want to have rather image of whats gonna come to pass, and im also curious because its weird that ive never really be medically examined)


Answers:    They'll probably take your heat, check your blood pressure, check your reflexes, etc. Probably nought scary, except they may rob a blood sample to interview .
