I can't sleep at darkness, because I verbs 24/7. Help?
Answers: I know how you surface. I have suffered adjectives my life near this. Most of the times I worry over zilch. I tried medication to help me sleep and that works. I also found that clearing your mind (I know it is hard) works, as silly as it sounds counting will minister to, listening to music, and reading. I also keep on until I am extremely tired and then I dance to bed. I had a tutor once tell me to bequeath yourself 15 minutes a day to verbs. Once your 15 minutes are up that is it. He usually would sit and do this past or after breakfast. This has help me. When I go to sleep and I start to verbs I remind myself that my 15 minutes are up. Good luck.
