haha, well, the best article for me is between every drink, drink some water. It doesn't enjoy to be a lot really- a short time ago enough. Either that, or drink some greasy foods like pizza or something.
in recent times eat a polite meal beforehand, plenty of carbs that should do the trick, also try (if you can) have A soft drink in between the alcholic ones, and drink slowly!
pinch some food, the longer the alcohol is digested, the slower and milder the effect.
take contained by a lot of fluid, preferrably those near salt, help absorb hose better and when body has more hose down in the system it help better to fight the intoxication.

Stay away from milk... not good when it comes up. a well-mannered one to try is bread. maybe pop some crackers contained by your pocket and munch on them when no one is looking. intake while drinking will help alot also. I would also put away lots of protein. A nice hardy steak with a baked potatoe and bread would be an wonderful dinner. just remember, once your friend is drunk, he won't awareness how much you drink. invite some girls over and try to be macho and see who can drink 5 shots that fastest... of course consent to him win. after that he should be feeling pretty angelic... he might even forget about getting you shitfaced.

Ok, here is what you do...I am not going to say don't drink but please drink surrounded by moderation. Have them add like mad of ice to your drinks (tip #1); devour a very massive meal since you start drinking (tip #2). After you been drinking, own some else drive you or get a hackney carriage, and take aspirin or Alka-Seltzer

I'm not a doctor but that works for me.
Just trademark sure that you eat thru the hours of daylight, like 3 meal, big breakfast, lunch and a big dinner, the more food that's there will variety it harder to process the alcohol as such.
the other one my sisters ex tried was to drink a pink of milk to rank his stomach.
other than that drink wet sometimes while your out to keep your body hydrated
