High blood pressure, low heart rate, chest pains?

My mom has adjectives three symptoms. She went to the doctor later week and had something call an EKG (I think that's what it be called) and she doesn't know what the results are yet. Do any of you know what these symptoms might parsimonious? I hope it's not too serious. Or I 'm hoping that it's treatable.
