Everytime I really glorious heels for a really long time I draw from a sharp twinge within my foot,, why is that?
and how can it be prevented (besides NOT wearing heels.. that is NOT an opition)

For your foot,
You can take steps to assuage their pain.
Start by letting your heel hit the floor for a few hours respectively day.

Perhaps the best way to combat high-heel ache and pains is to spend a little time on shoe and lagging selection.

Think about it...adjectives your weight is man pushed to the front of that shoe. Which means, adjectives your weight is on your toes, which are crammed into the toe of that shoe.
AND, that simply ain't a natural position for your foot--muchless, trying to stride like that.
You necessitate to take this problem to your doctor, or a podiatrist. Mine is sometimes due to a bone chip surrounded by my right big toe, or my bunions, or plantar fasciitis. Only a doctor can tell. My podiatrist designed shoe inserts (orthotics) that really lend a hand, but it does take a specialist. Slightly lower heels (still heels, but not really, really high) may give a hand. If you have to wear the heels for a brief, get an excuse from a doctor. Employers (at tiniest in California) enjoy to design the job around a person's ability, or compensate them for the disability (ADA works in other states, too). This is especially true if you weren't have problems wearing heels prior to working at that job, and you hold been nearby for a reasonably significant amount of time.
your foot are not use to the heighth yet. you should start short and consequently progress to a taller heel. it will help i promise!
You hold a lack of circulation. It can't be prevented unless you hand over up the heels and wear heels of a normal height- UP TO 2 INCHES.
You are ALSO hurting the bone structure of your foot by wearing anything over that limit.
