Why do I find depressed when I exercise??

Not exactly when I work out, but I always seize depressed if I exercise regularly. And as soon as I stop it, I get glad again

You don't similar to exercising.
you should not get depressed. exercise should lighten depression unless you are overdoing it. Maybe you are depressed in the first place or enjoy low self esteem. maybe you are exercising to be something you're not. Just doing it but not enjoy it.I would go see a doc
