it always come to pass at least two week after my interval and sometimes the
pain occur on the left and sometimes on the right sides. I also cannot hold a bm with out impression
pain surrounded by my abdomen and i own lots of
vaginal discharge. Feels like gas pains but its not gas. I notice that when i was on the
birth control patch these problems never occur

i.e. the time where u r most promising to get pregnant so try to avoid sex next :)
Sounds like ovulation to me.
