Periods and pad??

I have an IUD and ably my periods are epidemic. This one has be for like 9 days already. Anyways, i dont resembling tampons, so i wear pads. But in a minute that my periods are so long, the pad are starting to rub a rash within between my legs. Anyone know what i can do or any other alternatives besides tampons?

I once read an article in the region of a woman who developed rashes, itching and hot flushes and to cut a long story short it be to do with her sanitary towels. Something surrounded by the material simply didn't agree with her. She started using life ones and the problem dissappeared. Maybe give those a try? x
If you are a smaller personage (petite) try using pads for teenagers. They are not as far-reaching and seem to fit much better. If that doesn't work, switch to a different brand. Something contained by the product you are using now may be making your condition worse.
