Procedure of Bone spur surgery?
My mother is getting a bone spur filed down contained by her big toe. I spoke to her dr. today and he wants us to budge for pre-admission testing of blood work and an EKG. He say for a precautionary measures...Anyone can explain to me why? I thought it was local anasthetic. Also, will this be uncomfortable to my mother? IF someone can explain to me the procedure from beginning to fall that would be great...how long is the surgery and will she have to stay overnight? thankfulness so much for you help!!
