An OTC nasal spray will give you short-term relief, but you should also consider an OTC decongestant oral formulation as resourcefully. Phenylephrine products are available on store shelves, but for pseudoephedrine you will need to ask your pharmacist. It is still OTC but at the back the pharmacy counter due to limitations on purchases and to prevent theft. I recommend 12-hour Sudafed (or similar store brand) as this will administer you relief adjectives day. There is a 24-hour Sudafed as economically, but if you are sensitive to pseudoephedrine, it could disturb your sleep. Pollen counts are rising, so if you suffer from seasonal allergies, consider an antihistamine as well. Benadryl is well-mannered at night due to the side effect of drowsiness, but it merely lasts approximately 6 hours. Claritin or a similar OTC loratadine product (Alavert, store brand) will bestow you 24-hour relief from allergies. You can attain Claritin and Alavert formulations that also contain pseudoephedrine, but again, you will have to ask the pharmacist for them. Feel better soon!
Afrin Severe sinus works rather well. There are a million drugs out nearby to treat this, but nasal sprays give the most instantaneous nouns.
Dear Buebla,

In Europe we have:
Dexa-Rhinaspray Duo: tramazoline-HCl + dexamethasone
function is: decongestant + steroid

Nasonex: mometasone furoate
function is: steroid

Both are sprays on Prescription.
Get an overthecounter decongestant and see your medic.

Work out what give you the congestion and headache:

Traffic pollution: do you live or work near a busy road and does your proboscis run and itch at the nostrils whilst on the bus

Dust: does your nose block and your go before confuse contained by old library section. Wind blown dust. Pollen.

Infection:
Bacterium: Do you have a colored discharge
Virus: Dry and itchy
(white and rubbery it is traffic fumes/NOx)

Malformation: If you snort on a cold chalice window do you get hold of two streams of condensation showing up where your antenna was.

Posture: Does it block sleeping and when bending over

I hope the dull pain goes soon.

pseudoephedrine is honourable (sudafed) but be careful if you own high blood pressure, as it will angle it further
