Why fish red blood cell contain nucleus but human red blood cell does not contain nucleus?

so that we could differentiate them in microscopical nouns when we find blood sample at the scene of the crime & we wanna know if blood is human or not (medicolegal importance)
why? because fish r lower animals also hens, frogs RBC's doesn't contain nucleus, but humans are economically developed enough that their RBC's lost their nucleus (also camel lost them but their r to some extent oval while human r rounded)
