What is wrong next to my moved out eye?

I have astigmatism contained by the left eye. I enjoy been wearing contacts for 10 years and my perception has become much worse within the last 4 years and MUCH worse within the last year. I am very soon 27. I have difficulty driving at dark and my vision is poor on the basketball court (the lights or the glossed flooring blurr my vision). My guess is any keratoconus or diabetic retinopathy. I want to rule out keratoconus because my condition seems to be unilateral (only within my left eye). Also, I haven't have a blood-sugar test (I'm doing that within 3 weeks) so my money is on D.R. Has anyone heard just about a case resembling this? Any help would be great because I'm starting to suppose I may lose vision completely sooner or later if this keeps up. I also panic corneal transplantation (AAAHHH!!))) :)

before i answer the interrogate.corneal transplants are not all that impossible i had the procedure done later weekend because i went completely blind within my left eye due to similar symptoms. i immediately have 20/20 mirage!!

ok so what u mite want to do is... talk to ur doctor around it and they can run a few test. if it worsens turn to the hospital, explain ur situation and answer all of their question. THEN u do research on all of ur option and then homily to ur doctor again

this is the concerned of stuff that show why we (doctors) spend all our lifes studing and why is so wrong trying to bring in a self diagnose without any medical trainning using books or internet, please stop suffering thinking the worse and dance to your ophthalmologist
