What i the difference between isotonic and dynamic/concentric contraction?
Answers:
As you said, isotonic is same force with renovation in length. Dynamic contraction is both change in force and length during contraction. When the muscles shorten during this contraction is call concentric contraction. When it is pulled out by the load, it is afterwards called strange contraction. Hope this helps.
As far as I know in that are 2 types of muscle contraction: isotonic and isometric. Isotonic means that the force keep constant but not the muscle's length as when lifting a weight for example; isometric is the other path round, for example if you push against a wall the wall won't move so your muscles do not vary their length but as you maintain pushing the force increases.
