Why do some prescription drugs not own generic forms?

Why do some prescription drugs not have a generic form?
Answers:
Generic drugs come out after the initial exclusive rights the company has on the drug expires. The company that develops the drug spends millions and millions of dollars on respectively drug they test and they hold to make that up somewhere. The FDA give each topical patent 15 years from the initial exclusive rights date. Then after a lot of conducting tests, the drug gets sent to pharmacies, where on earth the prices are higher than most generics so they can gain some of the money back on their investment. After the 15 year government grant, generic companies are allowed to make different version of the same drug and explicitly where some cost nest egg comes in.
They are still beneath patent protection.
Its because the drug company that make the original wont tolerate the drug be made generically
When a drug company spends millions to develop a drug they are given exclusive rights for a period of time.
Because the company WANTS to trademark millions off of sick family. They take a entity in NEED and use them.
It's a money scam.
Because they are still lower than patent and the property of the lab that developed them.
New drugs are protected by patent. This was done to allow the Pharm. Cos. to verbs the costs of research and development of these drugs, as all right as make a profit.

If they allowed generic drugs right away, they would lose money, and would stop doing research. Then...no more unmarked drugs and cures for illnesses
Generic forms of drugs start to appear on the market after the initial government grant runs out. Usually in 10-20 years.

That is why drug maker are always altering (or trying to) the formula of their drugs slightly so they can receive a new government grant.
Generics can only be made after the inventive patient for the med. is expired.
PATENTS
drug companies are allowed a infallible number of years that the drug is patented and not allowed to be made generically, consequently after those years are up and it is made generically, those companies pay a see back to the unproved creators of the drug.
