Mine used to be 165/102 which is much too lofty,
with medication it is down to 151/75.
The top number should be approx 100 + your age...if this is too lofty there is a risk of strokes etc.
The bottom number should be 70-80.if this is constantly too high near is a risk of damage to the kidneys.
The top number can rise because you are vote nervous roughly speaking your doctor's appointment etc, it's best to get it checked over a time of time.

Blood pressure is dependant on frequent factors, but a rough guide for youngish family is 100+ your age over 80. This is a rough guide!, if you are 21 and your BP is 155/80 then here is something wrong, go and see a doctor. It is possible for a 60 year elderly person to hold a BP of 120/80, if they look after them selves. I have purely taken mine it is 130/80. I am older than 30.
