If PETA oppose animal trialling, consequently what is their alternative for trialling drugs?
Answers:
93% of all animal test can be duplicated in petri dishes. this have been proven repeatedly. And a drug's hypersensitivity on humans can not be accurately determined until it is actually given to a human. There are hundreds of programs that repay people to filch experimental drugs to test their results. And nearby is no shortage of volunteers. I did this myself with a topical smallpox vaccine 2 years ago.
Maybe we should be focusing a bit on prevention and finding ways to live healthier lives instead of relying more and more on artificial drugs for every little ailment.
Have you ever read the "Contraindications and Warnings" for any drug - the side effects nouns worse than the condition being treated.
But if we hold to have more drugs (and produce drug-resistant microbes that purely make things worse, etc.) after I am for testing on humans. There own been various animal tests for drugs done that appeared undisruptive, but when the drugs were given to associates the consequences were uncertain and in some cases fatal.
PETA is nothing but a group of mental cases
i dislike the way they try to use panic tactics to put on a pedestal awareness
PETA are a bunch of hypocrites. One of the highest member of the organization have Diabetes and takes insulin shots to stay alive.
PETA have pious intentions. But animal tests are inevitable surrounded by medical research.
