I hold a drug assessment on monday at 9:15 for ALL drugs, and I be on Xanax back, will I go by?
I am planning on drinking hose down to help dilute it anyways, and I do work out everyday. I simply weigh 120 pounds and have a dignified metabolism.

I wouldn't be horribly worried about it. Typically it would be contained by your system for 2-3 days... but if you rarely pocket it and you have a speedily metabolism it will probably be less.
Also, the afternoon of (or before) your test DONT drink a great deal of water, if the exam is too diluted they will just create you come in and run it again, and you might even get surrounded by trouble for that, depending on why you need the question paper and who's administering it (ie. probation officer, rehab... etc)
you shouldn't have anything to verbs about if you single took it those 2 time,it usually takes in the region of 3 days to be out of your body. But if your on them all the time I'd be drinking PLENTY of hose and be aware of the withdrawals,they are a *****.
