Do it. I sit on 2 private med school admission boards in a full-size city. In both schools if I see an applicant over 30 years older and has at smallest a bachelors-he or she gets an interview regardless. When I first started on duplicate boards, people over 30 be shunned. Unfortunately he went to other countries to acquire thier MD and are some of the best physicians I have ever see. EVER. When we implemented our "we want population with time experience" in our admission critera, the rate of drop out, either by us or thier own reason dropped so signifigantly that many, copious schools are adopt hat program-and it is adjectives for the same origin one of the above posters stated. Crappy hours and an entry level position probably make no difference to you. THAT is what we want. People who want to be docs for the genuine purpose of living the duration, and not kids who want to impress mommy and daddy (and it almost invariably boils down to this). Do yourself a favor and apply. Sit for the April MCAT. Apply, apply apply.
And you have my best wishes. I hope I see you on the ward in a few years.
do that boy okkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkk.

You're never too outmoded. And if you have a MS amount that is exceedingly helpful. Go within to most hopsitals, you will see doctors in their 50's and 60's, age is not a factor as long as you're still coherant.
You'll own at least 6 years of institution ahead of you. Then you get to be entry horizontal and get crappy hours surrounded by emergency.
But if you will be happy, it's never too unpunctually.
In order to compete you'd probably own to take several undergrad refresher courses (not that you may necessitate them, but certain colleges may reject your transcripts as too old). Study up on the MCAT. Beyond that I don't imagine there's more you could do. I hate to speak it but I'm sure there would be an age bias contained by reviewing your application.
Are you asking or telling me you want to study pills? You are never too old to start anything!!
i really pay tribute to you.
wishing you adjectives the very best.
if you want it really defectively, you'll get it
Then Study it.
It's faultlessly possible. Speak with an admission officer to determine what extra courses or refresher courses you will need.
My relations physician growing up entered prescription about that age after a successful art as a chemist. He practiced medicine another 15 years or so, after got a scope in Public Health and did that the rest of his enthusiasm.
