Does anyone enjoy information almost severe reaction to Biaxin (antibiotic)? Including depression, anxiety?

We are finding that a severe reaction to biaxin is affecting my mother and we are looking for treatment option, or any information that can help her? She have been to a psychiatrist, he agrees to be precise a reaction to medicine(not sure if Biaxin?). She literally feel like she is going out of her mind.
