Just type hypertension AND children in the rummage through box and click Go, and you'll get dozens of articles that relate to hypertension surrounded by children. You can also click "Limits" and limit the explore to, say, articles written within English published in the ultimate 90 days. That can help you to curtail the number of papers you get.
Good luck!

I recomend the website "pubmed" (see link) as it is a database next to all the experimental publications. The problem might be that not all papers are unfold access, and you might need to take-home pay a fee to attitude them, or you can email the authors asking for the pdf file.

Acute renal failure within children: etiology, treatment and outcome.
Shaheen IS, Watson AR, Harvey B.
Children & Young People's Kidney Unit, Nottingham City Hospital, NHS Trust, United Kingdom.
Children with acute renal anticlimax (ARF) may be treated in pediatric renal or intensive attention to detail (PICU) units where on earth there is an increasing use of continuous renal replacement therapy such as hemofiltration (HF). Over three years, we prospectively recorded details of adjectives patients with ARF treated both inwardly our regional pediatric renal unit, within two local neonatal intensive care unit (NICUs), and one PICU, which are all supported by our institution. Our study included eighty-three ARF patients (43% male) near a median age of 5.7 years (range 1 day - 19.8 years); 41% of patients be < 2 years, 20% 2-5 years, 13% 5-10 years and 26% > 10 years of age. A total of 37 patients (45%) were treated contained by the renal unit versus 46 (55%) patients surrounded by NICU/PICU. The initial treatment modality was conservative contained by 33%, peritoneal dialysis (PD) in 23%, hemodialysis (HD) contained by 15%, HF in 28%, and isolated plasmafiltration within one percent of the patients. About 16% of the patients required more than one treatment modality. Outcome data at three months showed run of the mill renal function in 49%, death in 20%, dialysis dependent disease contained by 14%, chronic renal failure (GFR < 60ml/min/1.73m2) within eight percent, and proteinuria and/or hypertension in seven percent of the patients. Only one (3%) passing occurred contained by 37 patients treated in the renal element compared to 16 deaths within 46 patients (35%) treated in the NICU/PICU. Our findings further confirm the low mortality rate beside isolated renal failure and the substantial mortality and renal workload surrounded by intensive care areas where on earth renal failure is commonly part of multi-organ letdown. Further prospective studies will be required to analyze the impact of early hemofiltration contained by such patients.
