They're not petechiae. They're hemangiomas, or newly angiomas. I had one on my obverse and had it removed; it be no big deal.

those are call age spots.sometimes when women have a newborn they just come up on the skin after the childis born and within isnt anything that can be done so dont go using a hypodermic to get the blood out.if you enjoy one that is sore and larger than a dime next go to a dematologist.
im not really so sure but if your asking for a birth red mark like it is call hemangioma. if it is due to force exerted in the skin it is call petechea which usually occurs if a entity has a hemmorhagic frenzy. futher than that ask the others.
