Clonazepam is most commonly used to treat paroxysm disorders and panic attacks. It belongs to a class of medication called benzodiazepines which deed on the brain and nerves to produce a calming effect.

Side effects include- drowsiness, dizziness, blurred hallucination, muscle pain, excessive hackle growth or loss, change surrounded by sexual desire, weight transformation, increased saliva production, sore gums, and cough.

Clonazepam is prescribed for treatment of-
~Epilepsy.
~Anxiety disorder
~Panic attacks
~Restless leg syndrome (RLS)
~Hallucinogen persisting perception disorder (off-label use)
~Chronic fatigue syndrome
~Night terror
~Tourette Syndrome (off-label use)
~Insomnia (rarely)
